ABOUT MAD LIBERATION FESTIVAL OFFICIAL SHUTTLE

In an effort to reduce traffic and our carbon footprint, Mad Liberation Festival and FestDrive are proud to offer bus service to and from the festival from NYC and Brooklyn.

We know that driving can be stressful and troublesome so leave that up to us; sit back, and relax on a shuttle to Mad Liberation Festival

PRICING

Buses will run on Friday, Aug 2nd with (1) convenient pick-up time to get you to the festival. On Sunday, Aug 4th all buses will depart their pick-up location at the festival to take you back to NYC / Brooklyn.

NYC (Grand Central Station) = $25

Brooklyn (Secret Project Robot) = $25

We will need to hit a 25 person minimum in order for the shuttle line to go LIVE, if it does NOT reach the minimum, we will issue full refunds 72 hours before the event.

SCHEDULE

DEPARTURE: Friday August 2nd, 2019

• Brooklyn: Meet at Secret Project Robot (1211 Myrtle Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11221) at 10:00am to board. Bus will depart at 10:45am sharp. This bus will make a second pick up in NYC.

• New York City: Meet at Grand Central Station at 11:30am to board. Bus will depart at 12:15pm sharp.

RETURN: Sunday August 4th, 2019

• Meet at the Mad Liberation Festival (exact location TBA) at 1:30pm. Bus will depart at 2:30pm sharp. New York City (Grand Central Station) passengers will be dropped off first, and Brooklyn (Secret Project Robot) passengers will be the final drop off.

PICK UP LOCATION

Patrons will be responsible for getting themselves to and from pick up location. You will be dropped off at the same location you were picked up at. Buses will have a designated shuttle drop-off/pick-up location within the venue lots and close proximity to the main entrance!

YOUR SHUTTLE PASS PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

Once you purchase your shuttle pass, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of FestDrive. Your bus pass e-ticket will be attached to your order confirmation email. This will be a check in system however, so all you need is ID for check-in. You can also use your mobile ticket at check in.

IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

GETTING ON THE BUS

To board the shuttle bus, there will be a check-in system, so all you need is your valid photo ID for check-in. If someone else purchased your shuttle ticket for you, please have purchaser email tickets@busbank.com your name for check in.

All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. Buses operate rain or shine.

BAGGAGE TRAVEL INFORMATION

Ticket allows you room for 1 carry on and 1 personal item plus 1 bag which will be placed under the bus in storage. Maximum size is 70 inches (length + width + height). Oversized items in excess of 70 inches but not more than 90 inches will be accepted for an oversize baggage fee of $25 per item*
